Adequate parking available at the hotel.
The overall experience was a complete disaster. Upon checking in, we were informed to go next door for assistance, which was frustrating. The room itself was filthy, with dirty sheets and unclean floors that made it impossible to walk barefoot. Additionally, the management showed a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, simply shrugging off our complaints with a dismissive attitude.

The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable, making it easy for our family to relax during our five-night stay. The location was convenient for reaching major attractions, although the view was somewhat uninspiring. Unfortunately, breakfast options were lacking, and there were cleanliness concerns with items left around the property that were inappropriate for younger visitors. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs, but we managed to enjoy our time there.

Great Location with Comfortable Beds
I had a wonderful stay for one night, enjoying the spacious queen room with two queen beds. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel was just a short walk from downtown, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything met my needs. One thing that could be improved is the parking situation, which felt a bit limited.

The room had two queen beds, which were comfy, and I appreciated the nice little kitchenette setup. There’s a great pool area to unwind in and a lovely lounge where you can kick back with a book. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

It was just a good pick for a weekend jaunt in Gatlinburg with real value for money. The area was lively and had plenty of options for eating and entertainment nearby. Make sure to check in before dark, as the area can seem a bit sketchy at night.
